Senior Human Resources Generalist

This position can be located in Jonestown, PA and McDonough, GAAccountability and Scope The Sr.
HR Generalist's responsible for multiple locations and provide strategic human resources solutions to an assigned client group within the organization by developing a deep understanding of the clients' business/service needs.
This individual will provide effective solutions for recruitment, employee relations, performance management, talent management, compliance reporting and compensation planning for amulti site division.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities oPartner with other HR Business Partners and Specialists to help guide clients through core HR programs (e.
g.
New hire orientation, performance management, compensation planning, talent management, etc.
) oProvide relevant data and recommendations to guide decision-making related to compensation, org structure, attrition, promotions and other activities.
oProvide consultation and support to managers on employee relations issues and applicable company policies and employment laws.
Ensures compliance with local, state and federal employment laws and regulations.
Conduct investigations for employment related claims.
oPartner with business leaders to understand current and future need oParticipate in the creation of business strategies and provide relevant HR insights and solutions to business challenge oDevelop and maintain current understanding of compliance of all federal, state and local laws including Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, ADA, FMLA, ADEA, FLSA and EEO regulation oWork on efficiencies through systems and process improvements.
oEnsure accuracy of employee data including new employee information and tracking and updating existing employee change oPartner with International HR team members to execute strategies and initiatives globally oExecute and audit HR reports as necessary.
oManage the communication of HR policies, procedures and practices to ensure sound leadership application and legal compliance.

Knowledge/Methods/Processes/Ability and committment to obtain and apply an effective expertise and Body of Knowledge, procedures and training techniques in all HR functions; Mathematical Skills and ability to perform basic math functions, with proficient use of a calculator and accounting software, such as Excel Problem Solving/ Reasoning Ability/ Systems Resources/Ability to solve HR issues following established policies and procedures; more difficult problems or challenges should be escalated to a senior member of the team for additional direction Written and Oral Skills/Ability to write, speak and present with good professional written and verbal skills to small or large groups, internally or publically; Qualifications Education, Experience and QualificationsEducationBachelor's degreein Human Resources or Businesss.
Experience oA minimum of 3 years of related work experience oExperience working with and supporting executive and management level partners, including consulting on employee relations, leadership development, change management, and related strategies.
Qualifications oStrategic thinking - focus on critical areas of strategic contribution and translate these into appropriate management and HR actions; demonstrated proactive value add leadership in HR Business partner role oSelf-starter with a positive, can-do, professional approach; ability to work effectively at all levels within the organization, often involving difficult or conflict situation.
oStrong computer-based competency, including Microsoft Suite applications (i.
e.
, Word, Outlook and Excel) is required oAbility to learn and execute various HR systems and tools.
oMust be able to travel 20% oAbility to address issues constructively by providing independent, objective and courageous advice.
